How I helped my autistic son out of a downward spiral in less than 48 hours .

I have an experience I need to share with you and I hope it inspires you to try essential oils for yourself. Whether you are looking for natural relief from seasonal exposures, need help relaxing before sleep, or want something to help with chronic pain or anything else, it’s worth talking to someone who knows about quality oils and has some experience.

A couple of months ago, my son (who has severe apraxia and diagnosed with autism) was having an ongoing issue that I just could not figure out. He was loosing his eye contact, his conversational skills were deteriorating and his aggressive behaviors were increasing daily and getting out of control. It was bad. I could tell my son was uncomfortable and very unhappy and we just didn’t know what to do.

We were two weeks in,  and we decided to sit down to try to figure it out. Myself, my husband and his ABA case manager met to brainstorm the possibilities. Finally I realized we had run out of one of his supplements, CBD oil, exactly two weeks prior. At the time I wasn’t sure that particular oil was doing anything beneficial for him, so I wasn’t in a big hurry to replace it. The very same day we sat down to try to figure out the problem, was the day Copaiba oil arrived in the mail! Talk about a sign from above!

I had read how this oil works directly on the CB2 receptor  in the brain, and was excited to try it. I had no experience with Beta-Caryophyllene, the prominent component in this oil, but I am aware that the endocannabinoid system can have a strong influence on the nervous and immune systems.  I gave him one drop on his tongue that night. The next morning I gave him another drop and again the next night. Less than two days later my son was back 100% to where he had been! His school and therapists were amazed and I was so excited!

Never in our 12 years in the autism world have we found anything that helped so much so quickly. He was comfortable in his own skin again, his sense of humor was back, his eye contact was lovely and conversational skills were exploding. He continues to get one drop twice a day.

There are many wonderful stories about how Copaiba has helped countless people. I wish I knew about this sooner!

copaibaOne more thing worth noting, copaiba oil is affordable! If you’ve been considering trying CBD oil or currently use CBD oil, consider this: one bottle of a pure CBD oil is usually over $100 and it might last you 30 days. Compare that to one bottle of Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG) Copaiba oil from doTERRA that’s $35 and lasts more than two months.

Let me do the math for you. It’ breaks down to $2.20 per dose of CBD (with the oil we had been using) compared to $0.14 per dose of Copaiba. That’s quite a difference!

In case any of you are wondering, yes my son is seen by a doctor regularly. His neurologist is very knowledgable on the endocannabinoid system was impressed too!

If you would like to discuss other uses of copaiba or learn more about essential oils and how they might help you, drop me a line here and I’ll contact you! I’m a certified essential oil coach and can help you get started. If you’re ready to shop to get your own, go here!  I recommend getting a wholesale account, (similar to Costco or BJ’s) because then you get the wholesale pricing.
